Job summary

The Noble Law seeks a seasoned employment law attorney to join our established, multi-jurisdictional plaintiff’s practice. The Lead Attorney will manage client matters with minimal oversight, handling pre-litigation and litigation across state and federal employment laws.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of employment law experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to lead a team in a collaborative, tech-forward environment. Remote work is available with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and active license to practice law.
• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in employment law including litigation.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws, civil procedure, and evidence rules.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills and client-focused advocacy.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Technologically savvy, including legal AI, legal research tools, and standard office software.
• Commitment to the Firm’s values and mission.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in agency proceedings (EEOC, NC DOL, NLRB, and similar bodies).
• Represent clients in arbitration, trial, and appeals.
• Collaborate with the legal team to develop and adjust case strategies.
• Maintain organized client files and manage deadlines.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Lead and mentor junior team members; coordinate with paralegals and staff.
