Environmental Air Systems, a full‑service mechanical contractor, seeks a Pipe Superintendent for our manufacturing shop to oversee hydronic piping projects and ensure safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of supervision experience, strong blueprint literacy, and a proven ability to manage teams in a high‑tempo environment. This on‑site role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities within a leading SE US contractor.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in supervision.
Familiarity with flowline manufacturing.
Knowledge of pipe fabrication methods.
Excellent time management and problem solving abilities.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

Oversee installation of industrial hydronic piping systems (chilled water, hot water, steam, condensate).
Prioritize safety and ensure audits and EAS safety requirements are met.
Manage project schedules.
Maintain tool inspection reports.
Review submittals, installation and operation manuals.
Interview and hire new pipe department employees.
