Bechtel is leading a large-scale construction project in New Albany, Ohio, directing craft professionals and supervising superintendents to meet stringent schedules and budgets. You will coordinate subcontract work, manage resources, and uphold safety, quality, and design standards across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 8–10 years of relevant experience or 12–14 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong field supervision knowledge of piping installation, welding, NDE, pressure testing, and related codes.
• Experience supervising up to ~50 craft personnel through foremen and managing daily priorities.
• Proficient in construction planning, scheduling, quantity reporting, and cost control.
• Ability to coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and field teams to meet project goals.
