Responsibilities

• Mentor and develop lead craft workers.
• Manage subcontract/field management communications and contract administration.
• Read and interpret P&IDs and isometrics; ensure correct materials and welds.
• Develop client relations with on-site staff and manage labor productivity.
• Assist Project Managers with labor, materials, rentals and change orders.
• Plan project completion, turnover, and maintain daily records.
• Ensure timely performance evaluations for direct reports and drive policy improvements.
