Job summary

Ergoncg is seeking a Mechanical Piping Foreman to lead and supervise a team on construction sites, focusing on structural steel, piping, and equipment installation. This role requires hands-on management of resources, daily hazard identification, and strict adherence to project policies and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED and completion of training requirements as outlined by ISO Services.
• Minimum four (4) years pipe welding or fitting experience.
• Minimum of one (1) year of supervision experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of rigging and/or crane operation experience.
• Tank repair experience would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Hands on management of construction jobsite resources (people, subcontractors, materials, tools, equipment) with focus on installation of structural steel, piping, and equipment.
• Daily identification and mitigation of jobsite hazards.
• Provide daily reporting to project management.
• Follows policies and practices as stated in the Employee Handbook and other facility policy and procedure manuals.
• Maintains a clean and well-organized workspace at all times.
• Strives to develop good working relationship with all co-workers, customers, and associates.
• On call duties as required.
• Work per OSHA standards.
• Travel and overnight stay for several weeks at a time.
• Other miscellaneous duties as requested.
