Job summary

HK Solutions Group is seeking an experienced Crew Lead/Foreman for Residential Lining to oversee daily field operations, lead trenchless rehabilitation crews, and ensure safety and quality on every project. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in pipelining or trenchless rehabilitation, strong leadership, and a valid driver’s license.

You will plan activities, supervise crews, operate camera and jetting equipment, and report to management.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in pipelining, trenchless rehabilitation, or related field.
• Previous crew lead, foreman, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience operating camera and jetting equipment preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to safely pull trailers and operate company vehicles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while effectively leading a crew.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise residential lining crews during daily field operations.
• Plan daily job activities, crew assignments, and work schedules.
• Perform and oversee trenchless lining installations and rehabilitation projects.
• Operate camera and jetting equipment as needed.
• Pull trailers and safely transport equipment to and from job sites.
• Conduct daily inspections of vehicles, trailers, and equipment.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
• Train, coach, and mentor crew members and new employees.
• Complete and submit accurate daily reports to management.
• Communicate project updates, jobsite concerns, and operational issues to management.
• Maintain clean, organized, professional, and safe jobsites.
• Ensure employees follow all company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
