Job summary

Hinterland Group SE Division seeks a Trenchless Lining Foreman to lead field crews in CIPP lining projects up to 84 inches in diameter, overseeing planning, cleaning, CCTV, bypass pumping, liner wet-out, curing, reinstatement, testing, and restoration.

This hands-on leadership role emphasizes crew safety, production, quality, and clear communication with inspectors, owners, and project management; UV lining experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years trenchless rehab experience, including 2+ years leading crews as Foreman or Lead on CIPP lining projects.
• Experience installing CIPP in sanitary sewer and storm pipe up to 84 inches in diameter.
• Hands-on steam and hot-water curing processes, boilers, and cure monitoring required.
• Experience with UV light-cured CIPP is a plus.
• OSHA 10/30, confined-space entry, competent person, MOT/traffic-control certifications preferred, or ability to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Review plans, specs, permits, and traffic-control plans before mobilization.
• Plan daily work, crew assignments, equipment, liner and resin deliveries, and bypass pumping needs with project management.
• Lead CIPP installation and curing operations, monitor temperatures and cure times, supervise cleaning, CCTV, bypass pumping, and reinstatement.
• Oversee crew safety, train and mentor crew members, ensure equipment is inspected and maintained.
• Verify liner thickness, resin quantities, wet-out records, cure logs, and documentation accuracy.
• Communicate progress, issues, and changes with inspectors, owners, and project management.
