Job summary

Environmental Air Systems is seeking a Pipe Foreman to join our construction department. You will lead a team of pipefitters, plan daily activities, coordinate resources, and monitor progress to meet milestones.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint reading, problem-solving, and a track record of safety compliance in a demanding environment. On-site work with opportunities for growth and skill development are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a pipefitter, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma or equivalent; apprenticeship or vocational training preferred.
• Certification in pipefitting is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of pipefitters to meet project specs and safety standards.
• Plan daily work, allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor progress to milestones.
• Enforce safety procedures and conduct regular safety meetings and inspections.
• Inspect work for quality and compliance, making adjustments as needed.
• Mentor team members and communicate with project managers and engineers.
