Job summary

Worley in the United States seeks a senior piping foreman to lead a large crew across installation, testing and turnover of piping systems. You will coordinate with structural, civil, electrical and instrumentation teams to maintain schedule integrity and safety on site.

You will develop workface plans, allocate manpower, monitor weld performance, and support cost control while driving continuous improvement and adherence to project specifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in industrial construction/maintenance.
• NCCER Certified Plus (Preferred).
• Supervisory experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to piping foremen and crews.
• Develop detailed workface planning and short-term schedules.
• Coordinate piping activities with other disciplines to ensure proper sequencing.
• Supervise field operations to meet HSE, quality, and productivity targets.
• Oversee hydrotesting, flushing, reinstatement, and system walkdowns.
• Guide apprentice development and promote continuous skill advancement.
• Monitor manpower levels, crew productivity, weld performance, and overall workforce balance.
• Support cost control by tracking labor hours, material usage, equipment needs, and forecasting resources.
• Ensure compliance with labor relations policies and promote a respectful, accountable work environment.
• Communicate effectively across teams—providing direction and resolving field conflicts.
• Troubleshoot field installation challenges and constructability issues, driving timely solutions.
• Collaborate with construction management, engineering, quality, and planning to align piping execution with project objectives.
