Job summary

Worley seeks an experienced piping supervisor in Louisiana to lead a large group of foremen and craft personnel. You will direct installation, fabrication, testing, and turnover to meet project specifications, safety, and quality standards.

This role requires planning detailed workface plans, coordinating with disciplines, monitoring productivity, and supporting cost control while ensuring schedule integrity and safe execution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years industrial construction/maintenance industry experience
• NCCER Certified Plus (Preferred)
• Supervisory experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on leadership to piping foremen and craft crews on installation, fabrication, testing, and turnover.
• Develop and maintain workface plans and short-term schedules aligned with milestones.
• Coordinate piping with structural, civil, electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical disciplines.
• Supervise field operations to meet HSE, quality, and productivity targets.
• Oversee hydrotesting, flushing, reinstatement, and system walkdowns.
• Mentor apprentices and promote continuous skill development.
• Monitor manpower, weld performance, and crew productivity.
• Support cost control by tracking labor hours and material usage.
