RK Mechanical is seeking a General Foreman - Pipe in Phoenix, AZ to lead pipefitting crews on commercial, industrial, semiconductor, and data center projects. You will coordinate manpower, materials, and schedule, ensuring safety and quality while guiding Foremen and Apprentices.

The role emphasizes leadership, field execution, and the development of future field leaders within a second-generation family-owned company.

Qualifications

• Journeyman pipefitter required; foreman/lead roles preferred.
• Experience managing multiple crews and large crafts.
• Able to read drawings and project documents.
• OSHA 30 preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple pipefitting crews and Foremen across active construction projects.
• Oversee manpower planning, labor forecasting, scheduling, and project execution.
• Coordinate materials, tools, equipment, and workforce resources to maintain productivity and schedule commitments.
• Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements to ensure quality installations and code compliance.
• Partner with Project Managers, Superintendents, customers, and trade partners to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum.
• Monitor labor productivity, QA/QC requirements, safety performance, and project progress.
• Support project turnover activities and customer satisfaction.
• Mentor Foremen, Journeymen, and Apprentices while developing future field leaders.
