PALA Interstate, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead pipe fabrication projects from RFQ through client delivery at the Hammond facility.

You will estimate costs, coordinate teams, manage schedules, and maintain quality and safety while communicating with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or preferred in engineering or closely related field.
• 5+ years experience in pipe fabrication, industrial construction or related field.
• Experience in project management, estimating, or fabrication supervision.
• Ability to read fabrication drawings, specs and project documents.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Review RFQs, drawings, specs, and project requirements.
• Prepare accurate project estimates including material and labor costs.
• Develop competitive pricing and realistic schedules with management.
• Lead the pipe fabrication team at the Hammond facility.
• Coordinate fabrication activities, manpower, materials, and schedules.
• Serve as primary client contact after award through fabrication.
• Monitor progress, costs, and schedules from award to completion.
• Support change-order evaluation and pricing.
• Promote safe, organized, productive shop environment.
