Job summary

Archer Western de Moya JV, a member of The Walsh Group, is seeking a Piledriver Foreman for the Miami Signature Bridge in Miami, FL. The Foreman will supervise a crew of 3–15 and oversee pile driving operations to support foundations for bridges and piers.

The role requires 5–8 years of construction foreman experience, strong leadership, and the ability to read plans, coordinate safety, and pass a drug test.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience preferred in construction foreman roles.
• Strong leadership capabilities; experience managing crews and subcontractors is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work plans.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew, management, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews within a specific area or project portion.
• Schedule and coordinate activities with other trades and crews.
• Read specifications and plans to determine construction requirements.
• Locate, measure, and mark site locations for structures or equipment.
• Document personnel, production, and data on forms/reports.
• Assist workers using hand tools or other equipment as needed.
• Inspect progress and safety to ensure specifications are met.
