Job summary

The Walsh Group's Archer Western de Moya JV is seeking a Piledriver Operator for the Miami Signature Bridge project in Miami, FL. The role focuses on operating a piledriver mounted on skids or barge to drive piles for bridge foundations and structures.

Responsibilities include adhering to operating procedures, performing daily safety checks, assisting with routine maintenance, and completing required documentation. Must be able to work in varied weather and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of piling/rig operating experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varied weather conditions.
• Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures; communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Good manual dexterity; may be standing, bending, kneeling or sitting for long periods.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Piledriver mounted on skids, barge, crawler treads, or locomotive crane to drive piles for foundations of structures.
• Know operating procedures for hoisting equipment to position piling leads.
• Perform daily safety and maintenance checks; complete necessary paperwork.
• Handle vibration and noise considerations during operation.
• Perform other related duties as required.
