Job summary

The Walsh Group, Archer Western de Moya JV, is seeking a Piledriver Operator for the Miami Signature Bridge project in Miami, FL. The role focuses on operating a piledriver mounted on skid or crane platforms to drive piles that form the foundation of bridges and buildings.

You will follow safety procedures, perform routine maintenance, and complete necessary paperwork. The position requires 3–5 years of piling experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and readiness to work in varying weather

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of piling equipment operating experience.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather.
• Follow all safety policies and communicate effectively.
• Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• Good manual dexterity and prolonged standing/sitting positions.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Operates a piledriver mounted on various platforms to drive piles for structures.
• Knowledge of hoisting procedures to position piling leads.
• Oil, grease, service, and perform maintenance as needed; complete safety checks and paperwork.
• Expect vibrations and loud noise from equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required.
