Job summary

Archer Western de Moya JV, a member of The Walsh Group, is seeking a Concrete Finisher Foreman for the Miami Signature Bridge project in Miami, FL. The role will supervise a crew of 3–15 workers, coordinate concrete operations on site, and ensure quality finishes in accordance with project plans.

The candidate should have robust foreman experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to read plans while maintaining a drug-free, safety-conscious work environment.

Qualifications

• 5 years construction foreman experience preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities; experience managing crews and subcontractors preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with crew members, project management, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Ability to read and understand work plans.
• Commitment to safety policies and procedures; drug-free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Supervises crews within their area or portion of the project.
• Schedules and coordinates activities with other trades and crew members.
• Reads specs and plans to determine construction requirements and ensure proper concrete finishing.
• Marks, levels, and patches concrete surfaces; applies cementitious products and epoxy finishes as needed.
• Inspects progress and ensures compliance with safety and project specifications.
• Trains and supervises workers on company policies and safety practices.
