Job summary
Onelife Fitness is seeking a Lead Pilates Instructor in Burke, VA to lead the Pilates program on-site, coach instructors, and elevate member experience. You will ensure consistent instruction across classes, mentor staff, and optimize scheduling to meet member demand.
The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and delivering premium service while maintaining program integrity and studio excellence.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive Pilates Certification (Reformer certification required; multi-apparatus certification preferred)
- Current CPR/AED Certification
- Experience teaching group Pilates classes
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience
- Passion for developing instructors and delivering an exceptional member experience
Responsibilities
- Lead on-site for the Pilates program, ensuring top-notch instruction and member engagement.
- Coach onboarding, training, and evaluations for instructors; mentor on cueing, class flow, and performance.
- Partner with leadership to optimize schedules, coverage, and studio operations.
- Foster a welcoming, high-energy, premium studio environment and exceptional member experience.
- Drive studio performance through strategies to increase participation and revenue.
- Maintain studio standards, safety, cleanliness, and daily operations.
