Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a Lead Pilates Instructor to guide the studio's Pilates program, mentor instructors, and enhance member engagement. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and ensuring high-quality instruction across all classes.

The Lead will partner with the Fitness Director to optimize schedules, maintain standards, and deliver an exceptional member experience while supporting studio growth and performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold comprehensive Pilates certification with Reformer certification (multi-apparatus preferred).
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Experience teaching group Pilates classes is essential.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience desired.
• Passion for developing instructors and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pilates program and ensure instructional quality across classes.
• Onboard, coach, and evaluate instructors; provide feedback and growth plans.
• Collaborate with scheduling to optimize studio coverage and member demand.
• Create a welcoming, high-energy studio environment and exceptional member experience.
• Drive studio performance by increasing participation and revenue through Pilates offerings.
• Maintain studio cleanliness, safety, and equipment standards.
