Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a Lead Pilates Instructor in Brambleton, VA to direct the on-site Pilates program, mentor instructors, and elevate member experiences with consistent, high-energy classes.

You will partner with the Fitness Director to shape schedules, monitor instructor performance, and ensure clean facilities while building a thriving Pilates community through exceptional service and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Pilates Certification required; Reformer certification preferred.
• Current CPR/AED certification.
• Experience teaching group Pilates classes.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Passion for developing instructors and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site Pilates program quality and consistency.
• Coach onboarding, teach-backs, shadow sessions, and evaluations.
• Mentor instructors on cueing, class flow, and engagement.
• Optimize schedules with Fitness Director and manage studio operations.
• Enhance member experience and community through service.
• Track performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
