Onelife Fitness in Annapolis, MD seeks a Lead Pilates Instructor to guide our studio program, mentor instructors, and elevate member experiences.

You will align classes with Onelife standards, coach staff, optimize schedules, monitor studio performance, and foster a thriving Pilates community, while upholding safety and cleanliness. This role leads private training initiatives and drives overall program growth.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates certification is required (Reformer cert preferred).
• CPR/AED certification is required.
• Experience teaching group Pilates and mentoring others.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pilates program on-site and ensure high standards.
• Coach, onboard, and evaluate instructors for growth.
• Optimize studio schedules and capacity planning.
• Foster a welcoming, high-energy member experience.
• Drive studio performance and monitor key metrics.
• Maintain studio cleanliness and safety compliance.
