Job summary

Onelife Fitness is seeking a Lead Pilates Instructor to lead the studio, coach instructors, and elevate the member experience across all Pilates classes. This on-site role focuses on consistency, engagement, and program excellence.

You will oversee onboarding, provide feedback, and schedule programs that maximize member demand while maintaining the highest instructional standards. Strong leadership and a passion for mentoring are essential.

Qualifications

• Comprehensive Pilates Certification (Reformer required, multi-apparatus preferred).
• Current CPR/AED Certification.
• Experience teaching group Pilates classes.
• Demonstrated leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
• Passion for developing instructors and delivering an exceptional member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Pilates program on-site, ensuring high standards of instruction and member engagement.
• Coach and develop instructors; onboarding, teach-backs, shadow sessions, evaluations.
• Optimize studio operations with scheduling to maximize demand and coverage.
• Deliver an exceptional member experience and foster a strong Pilates community.
• Drive studio performance via attendee growth and revenue opportunities.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and daily studio operations.
