LeoForce, an outpatient clinic in Phoenix, is seeking a Lead Physician (M.D./DO) to provide direct patient care while taking administrative leadership (60/40).

Job Details

Lead Physician (M.D./DO):

Qualifications:

• MD or DO Required
• Prefer experience in Occupational Medicine, Industrial Medicine, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or related specialty areas
• DOT Certified
• Current DEA licensure
• Active AZ Medical License in good standing
