Responsibilities

The Medical Center Director/Physician will provide direct patient care along with administrative leadership in a 60/40 split.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• Prefer experience in Urgent Care, Occupational Medicine, Occupational Health, Industrial Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or related fields.
• DOT Certified.
• Current DEA licensure.
• Active Arizona Medical License in good standing.
