Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Medical Director/Physician (M.D./DO) for our busy outpatient clinic in Phoenix, AZ. The role combines direct patient care with administrative leadership in a 60/40 split, with no weekends and day hours.

Compensation includes a $270,000–$300,000 annual salary, sign-on bonus, relocation support, and comprehensive benefits. Board-certified or eligible physicians are encouraged to apply.

• MD or DO required.
• Prefer experience in Urgent Care, Occ Med, Occupational Health, Industrial Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or related.
• DOT Certification.
• Current DEA licensure.
• Active AZ Medical License in good standing.
