LeoForce, an outpatient clinic in Phoenix, is seeking a Lead Physician (M.D./DO) to provide direct patient care while taking administrative leadership (60/40).

You will treat patients, support fellow providers, and partner with senior leadership to drive clinic performance. The position offers Mon-Fri day hours, no weekends or calls, and a competitive compensation package with relocation assistance and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO required.
• DOT certification is preferred.
• Current DEA licensure required.
• Active AZ medical license in good standing.
