LeoForce is seeking a Medical Director/Physician (M.D./DO) for our busy outpatient clinic in Phoenix, AZ. The role combines direct patient care with significant administrative leadership, in a 60/40 split, to guide clinical operations.

Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, are DOT certified, have an active AZ medical license, and possess experience in urgent care, occupational health, or internal/emergency medicine. Mon-Fri day hours with a relocation bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• MD or DO Required
• Prefer experience in Urgent Care, Occ Med, Occupational Health, Industrial Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine or related
• DOT Certified
• Current DEA licensure
• Active AZ Medical License in good standing
