Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Fitzgerald, GA is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join a fast-paced urgent care team. You will deliver patient-centered care across urgent, primary, telemedicine and occupational medicine services, while growing into a leadership role within a busy clinic.

We offer strong training, ongoing support, and daily opportunities to refine clinical decision-making. New graduates are welcome and will receive comprehensive onboarding and mentorship in a rural-setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with EMR systems is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
• MSN or higher education required; new grads welcome.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat common acute illnesses (cold, flu, strep, COVID).
• Perform minor procedures and wound care.
• Suturing and splinting as needed.
• General orthopedic evaluations and imaging review with radiologist input.
• Provide telemedicine and occupational health services as appropriate.
