Job summary

MainStreet Family Care in Jasper, GA is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join a fast-paced urgent care team. The PA will lead a small medical team, handle a full scope of practice, and care for patients across all ages in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Ability to lead a small medical team in a high-volume urgent care setting.
• Provide full scope urgent care including pediatric patients and trauma-leaning cases.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat cold, flu, strep, COVID and other URIs.
• Perform minor procedures (toe nail removal, foreign object removal, etc.).
• Suturing and splinting as needed.
• General Orthopedic evaluations/management.
• Review of x-rays with Radiologist over-read.
• Provide telemedicine and occupational medicine services.
