Job summary

ConvenientMD LLC seeks an experienced Physician Assistant Lead Provider for our urgent care clinics. The role combines clinical leadership with hands-on patient care, mentoring new-grad providers and coordinating care with the team.

Responsibilities include performing health assessments, documentation, and clinical supervision, while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. This is a leadership-focused clinical position with opportunities to grow within a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care.
• Master's PA with board certification and DEA license.
• BLS certification required; ACLS/CPR not accepted.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor clinical staff, including new-grad providers.
• Provide patient-centered care with comprehensive assessments and treatments.
• Prepare accurate medical records and maintain EMR documentation.
• Collaborate with team to plan coordinated patient dispositions and transfers.
• Support ongoing education and mentorship within the clinic.
