Qualifications

• Master's degree and NP certification by a certified body.
• DEA license with no restrictions.
• BLS certification from AHA or Red Cross (not CPR/ACLS online).
• Clinical experience in emergency/urgent care or ambulatory settings preferred.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills; teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical staff and mentor new-grad providers and allied professionals.
• Provide patient-centered care including assessments, exams, and care planning.
• Document thoroughly in EMR and maintain compliant records.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient patient flow and dispositions.
• Stay current with clinical knowledge and participate in ongoing education.
