Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to lead the Physical Therapy Department, supervise staff, and provide direct PT care to eligible patients.

Position requires 5 years of PT experience, 3 years in rehab management, and current WA licensure or eligibility. Full-time, on-site, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and standard clinic collaboration with physicians and nursing staff.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required or equivalent.
• Current WA state licensure or licensure in process if offer is extended.
• BLS certification required and at least 5 years of PT experience, with 3 years in Rehab Therapy management.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical PT care to eligible patients.
• Lead and supervise the Physical Therapy Department staff and activities.
• Collaborate with clinic managers and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
