Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy is required.
• Master's in PT-related field + Bachelor's in Physical Therapy is an option.
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of PT experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy and monitor progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and independence.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer when needed.
