LanceSoft seeks a licensed Physical Therapist in Washington to evaluate, diagnose, and provide individualized therapy to restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve independence. The role supports a collaborative, patient-centered care model.

Ideal for new graduates and experienced therapists, offering a full-time, permanent schedule with a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM workday and a competitive compensation package including an $8,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Physical Therapist License or eligibility to obtain.
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Less than 1 year of experience required; new graduates are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physical therapy treatments to improve mobility and functional outcomes.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and rehabilitation techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on recovery strategies and home exercise programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate care.
