Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Pelvic Floor physical therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize information from referrals and records to guide care.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction via analysis and exams.
• Develop individualized plans of care aligned with patient goals.
• Apply evidence-based interventions to achieve outcomes.
• Document progress and adjust the plan as needed.
• Educate patients about recovery expectations and coping strategies.
• Follow up to improve adherence to the plan.
• Engage with providers and local orgs to raise awareness of therapies.
• Supervise at least 1 student rotation per year after first year.
