You will synthesize referrals and records, diagnose movement dysfunction, and develop individualized care plans aligned with patient goals. You will use evidence-based therapies and educate patients about recovery while guiding clinical rotations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, high-quality care, and collaboration with providers to expand access to pelvic floor therapy for a growing population.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Pelvic Floor physical therapy experience.
• Recent grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize information from referrals, records, imaging and history.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction via functional movement, posture and pelvic floor examinations.
• Develop individualized plans of care with patient goals and expected outcomes.
• Utilize evidence-based interventions to achieve patients' goals.
• Educate patients about recovery process and challenges.
• Follow up with patients to ensure adherence to plan of care.
• Clinical instruction of at least 1 student rotation per year.
