Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Pelvic floor physical therapy experience.
• Recent grads welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Synthesizing pertinent information from referrals, records, and patient history.
• Diagnosing movement dysfunction via analysis and pelvic examinations.
• Developing individualized plans of care aligned with patient goals and expected outcomes.
• Utilizing evidence-based interventions to achieve patient goals.
• Evaluating and documenting patient progress and adjusting plans as needed.
• Educating patients about recovery expectations and coping strategies.
• Following up with patients to improve adherence to the plan of care.
• Connecting with providers to expand access to therapies.
• Clinical instruction of at least 1 student rotation per year.
