Job summary

Origin is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in California to lead pelvic floor therapy initiatives within our clinics. You will synthesize referrals and records, diagnose movement dysfunction, and craft individualized care plans aimed at achieving meaningful outcomes for patients with pelvic floor concerns.

You will implement evidence-based therapies, document progress, educate patients, and collaborate with providers to expand access to care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California.
• Pelvic Floor therapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Synthesize information from referrals, records, imaging, intake forms and history.
• Diagnose movement dysfunction via movement/posture/gait analysis and objective measures.
• Develop individualized plans of care aligned with patient goals and planned outcomes.
• Apply evidence-based interventions (ther ex, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-ed, biofeedback).
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust the plan of care accordingly.
• Educate patients about the recovery process and coping strategies.
• Follow up to improve adherence to the plan of care.
• Engage with providers and local organizations to raise awareness of therapies offered.
• Supervise at least one student rotation per year after first year in the specialty.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
