Job summary

The Origin Way, Inc. in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist (Pelvic) to provide day-to-day onsite leadership and exceptional patient care in women’s health.

You will partner with the Clinical Director, manage clinic operations, governance, and staff, while maintaining a clinical caseload and mentoring clinicians.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California
• Pelvic floor PT experience
• Experience in women’s health care

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clinical caseload and model high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Serve as the onsite point person for routine operational, staffing, scheduling, and patient needs.
• Lead staff meetings and communicate clinic updates, concerns, and proposed solutions to leadership.
• Monitor schedules, capacity, and coverage needs to support patient access and visit goals.
• Support inventory, supplies, equipment, facilities, technology, and required reporting.
• Assist with employee onboarding, peer coaching, documentation reviews, and clinical mentorship.
• Reinforce expectations for professionalism, teamwork, documentation, compliance, and clinic workflows.
• Support the implementation of company initiatives and quality-improvement activities.
