Job summary

SEARHC is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform evaluations and treatments for diverse patient ages in inpatient and outpatient settings. The role includes developing and implementing therapy plans, supervising assistants, and coordinating with other health professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

You will educate patients and families, create home exercise programs, and ensure compliance with documentation and billing standards while contributing to program quality and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program OR equivalent experience with CE; required.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist; required.
• Valid Driver’s license; required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire; required.
• Clinical Competency within 3 months and subsequent reviews; required.
• High Risk Competency within 3 months and subsequent reviews; required.

Responsibilities

• Provide general PT evaluations and treatments to a wide range of ages.
• Formulate and implement a plan of care with goals.
• Supervise and modify care plans based on patient response.
• Collaborate with the care team and coordinate equipment and discharge planning.
• Educate patients and families, provide home exercise programs.
