Job summary

Pulsejobs is seeking a Low Voltage Technician - Physical Security Lead to install and commission electronic security systems from start to finish, including access control and video surveillance, reporting to the Manager of Physical Security.

Responsibilities include leading on-site teams, interpreting drawings, safely wiring cameras, readers and panels, testing and commissioning, basic IP networking, and providing project updates. Requires in-person attendance and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years installing and commissioning physical security systems.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specs.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Basic IP networking and Windows familiarity.
• Hands-on with hand and power tools including scissor lifts.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site technicians and supervise installation activities.
• Install and connect cameras, readers, cabling, and controllers.
• Test and commission systems including IP setup.
• Provide project updates to management and document as-builts.
