Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Lead Low Voltage & Security Systems Technician to oversee a two-person installation team across Southern California projects.

You will lead, install, configure, test, and commission access control, CCTV, gate systems, and networking infrastructure. You will mentor junior technicians, ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery while coordinating with project managers, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading installation crews in low-voltage/security.
• Proven experience installing and troubleshooting access control, CCTV, and network equipment.
• Strong knowledge of NEC/CEC and wiring practices.
• Valid California Driver's License with clean record.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a two-person installation team.
• Oversee installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of access control and CCTV systems.
• Coordinate with project managers, customers, and vendors for project completion.
• Maintain project documentation and equipment management.
• Ensure safety and quality standards on site.
