Job summary

Citadel Access Solutions is seeking a Lead Low Voltage & Security Systems Technician to oversee a two-person installation team in Southern California. You will install, configure, test, and commission access control, CCTV, gate operators, and intercoms.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, quality, and code compliance while mentoring junior technicians and coordinating with project managers, customers, and vendors. A strong background in low-voltage systems and wiring is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading installation crews within low-voltage, security, gate automation, access control, or technology integration industries.
• Proven experience installing and troubleshooting access control; telephone entry; audio/video; network equipment and structured cabling.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a two-person installation team.
• Assign daily tasks and ensure work is completed safely and to standards.
• Train and mentor Installation Technicians on installation procedures and safety practices.
• Coordinate with project managers, service personnel, customers, contractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and equipment records.
