Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking a Senior Photolithography Process Engineer in Boise, ID.

You will start up, develop, and optimize photolithography processes to boost product quality and yield, working with cross-functional teams to resolve manufacturing issues and implement data-driven, AI-assisted improvements. The role emphasizes collaboration, project-driven milestones, and responsible use of AI to enhance automation, defect reduction, and efficiency in a fast-paced semiconductor

Qualifications

2+ years of industry experience as Process Owner within Photolithography.
BS or MS in Engineering, or AAS with 5+ years industry experience.
Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training.
Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous approach.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Data science and programming skills.

Responsibilities

Start up, develop and optimize photolithography processes to improve quality and yield.
Drive yield, defectivity, cost, and productivity improvements; manage risk.
Collaborate with equipment and integration engineers to resolve production issues.
Use project management to close milestones across yield, defects, and costs.
Leverage AI-assisted tools responsibly to drive automation and problem solving.
