Job summary

Micron Technology in Boise invites applications for a Senior Photolithography Process Engineer. You will start up, develop, and optimize processes to improve product quality, drive yield improvements, and manage risk in semiconductor manufacturing.

You will collaborate with multifunctional teams using AI-enabled analytics and automation to enhance problem solving and data-driven decisions while adhering to AI governance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience working as Process Owner within Photolithography.
• BS or Master’s in Engineering, equivalent military experience, or AAS with 5+ years of industry experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally for onboarding and training purposes.
• Strong understanding of semiconductor fabrication processes and equipment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous approach.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in Data Science and Programming skills.

Responsibilities

• Strong process area knowledge.
• DRAM development and manufacturing experience.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers and integration engineers to identify and resolve issues affecting production.
• Use project management skills to complete project milestones that close yield, defectivity, production, and cost gaps.
• Drive improvements across all SPC (statistical process control) charts that you own.
• Utilize AI-assisted technologies responsibly to drive operational perfection, automation, and continuous improvement.
