Pottery Barn Kids is looking for a Lead Merchandise Coordinator in Richmond, California. In this role, you will support studio operations for photo and video shoots, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Key responsibilities include coordinating with Producers and Creative teams, organizing merchandise, and supporting on-location shoots. Qualifications

• 2-3 years related experience preferred.
• Must have experience driving and maneuvering a 15-18 ft. truck (no special license required).
• Willing to perform work onsite in the Richmond Photo Studio.

Responsibilities

• Support Producers and Photo Managers to ensure operations for photo and video run efficiently.
• Help with various production-related projects, including sample knowledge for any product questions.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure samples are tracked during the photo process.

Skills

Detail-oriented

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks

Experience in photo production

Positive attitude under sudden changes

Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 75 lbs.

Comfortable using computers

Basic understanding of Airtable
