Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Phlebotomist Lead to supervise phlebotomy operations across Lake County locations. The role focuses on supporting the supervisor, inspecting sites, and training new staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Ideal candidates have 5 years of phlebotomy experience, a completed phlebotomy program, CPR-BLS certification, and strong skills in Outlook and Excel. On-site schedule includes weekdays with rotating holidays, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Completed Phlebotomy Program.
• Certification: CPR-BLS from the AHA required.
• Experience: 5 years of Phlebotomy experience.
• Unique or Preferred Skills: Detail oriented, knowledge in Outlook and Excel.
