Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Phlebotomist Lead for our patient service centers in Lake County, IL. This full-time role offers weekday hours from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional weekends and rotating holidays as needed.

You will support the supervisor, assist with site inspections, train new staff, help with scheduling, and address staff issues to ensure high-quality patient care. Strong phlebotomy experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Completed Phlebotomy Program
• CPR-BLS (AHA) certification required
• 5 years of Phlebotomy experience
• Proficiency in Outlook and Excel
