Quest Diagnostics Incorporated in Palatka, FL is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead to collect blood samples, prepare specimens for testing, and supervise daily PSC/IOP operations from Monday to Friday 6:00 AM–3:00 PM with weekend rotation. This lead role emphasizes patient trust, accuracy, and adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced setting.

Qualified candidates have at least three years of phlebotomy experience, proficient data entry skills, and flexibility to work across locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience required, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures and verify patient information.
• Perform data entry for patient registration and test orders; assist with billing when needed.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs, inventory and equipment; ensure quality and accuracy of specimens.
