Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking a Phlebotomist II Site Lead in Palatka, FL, Monday to Friday 6:00 AM–3:00 PM with rotational weekends. You will draw blood, prepare samples for testing, and lead on-site staff to ensure accurate, timely processing.

The role requires strong phlebotomy skills, customer service, and data entry, with travel to multiple PSC/IOP locations as needed. A valid driver’s license and high school diploma are required. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• Three years phlebotomy experience, inclusive of pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
• Keyboard/data entry experience.
• Flexible and available based on staffing needs, including weekends, holidays, on‑call and overtime.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
• Travel and flexible hours required to work multiple locations with short notice.

Responsibilities

• Collect specimens according to established procedures (drug screens, biometric screening, and insurance exams).
• Enter billing information and collect payments when required; safeguard assets and credit card information.
• Maintain phlebotomy logs and related records; ensure accurate labeling and patient demographic verification.
• Lead daily activity at PSC/IOP sites and mentor PSR staff on-site.
• Coordinate with supervisors, participate in special projects, and ensure SOP adherence.
