Talentify is hiring a Phlebotomist II for its Roswell, GA location in a medical research setting. You will draw blood, prepare specimens for testing, and communicate procedures to patients while upholding accuracy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma or equivalent, with 3 years of phlebotomy experience. Phlebotomy certification is preferred; experience in a Patient Service Center and strong data-entry skills are desirable.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Represents the face of the company to patients in routine health visits or health insight discussions.
• Draws quality blood samples and prepares specimens for lab testing per established procedures.
• Explains procedures to patients and maintains an atmosphere of trust and confidence.
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors while focusing on process excellence and patient confidentiality.
• Performs daily activities under supervision, maintaining a safe, professional environment and accurate documentation.
